Executive Coaching

Training and Facilitation

Many smaller organisations don’t employ an in-house trainer yet learning and development is important to any business no matter what their size. I can work with you to prepare and deliver bespoke training solutions to help your people develop and perform more effectively in their role.

I can also facilitate any management team or Company meetings: from agreeing the remit; preparing and issuing an agenda; organising the venue; facilitating the meeting; writing up the notes actions; and keeping people accountable for these agreed actions.

People Assessments

Assessment tools can help to unlock information about an individual’s ability to perform a job role, their behavioural style and preferences, their emotional intelligence and ability to adapt to different situations. Assessments can add further breadth and depth to the information you need to make the right choices in recruiting and developing your people.
